In consultation with our clients, you look for the most suitable solutions for various urban planning-related topics. You have the talent to design spatial concepts, sketches and plans. You have an analytic mindset but you also capture the essence quickly and you know how to clearly translate acquired insights in a concise and clear manner into useful conclusions and recommendations. Editorial skills are a plus.

You have just completed an academic degree as an urban planner or geographer. You are not put off by data processing and you have an affinity with geographical programmes. You are eager to contribute to urban and regional (area) development, from urban planning research and vision creation to implementation. You can easily find your way in the Flemish spatial planning Codex and the Environment Decree. You can absorb a lot in the rapidly changing world of both the public sector and that of project developers, investors and other stakeholders.

Do you want to commit yourself fully to challenging projects but still have a life outside CityD-WES? The offices in Bruges and Genk are an advantage rather than a disadvantage. You prefer to put your energy into the end result and a healthy work-life balance rather than time-consuming commuting distances.

Of course, your field of work is assignment-wise all over Belgium and we also look across the border, but the distances are limited to working visits to the client's premises or to colleagues in that other cosy province.
