Core strengthening is a key priority for the municipality of Wevelgem. In this the municipality is looking to make strategic choices for a well-considered commercial offer on its territory, with room for growth and renovation. In this study, CityD was responsible for adequate guidance and facilitation and it has formulated a future plan for the heart of the core, i.e. the existing swimming pool site and the surrounding functions.
